This is a mint condition collector plate from the Lenox Christmas Trees Around The World
Plate collection. This is the second plate in the series and was issued in 1992. The plates
are fine bone china, trimmed in 24K gold, and dated on the front.
They are 10 3/4 inches in diameter.
The subject matter for the series is Christmas Tree traditions from around the world, each plate showing one particular country.
This particular plate is France.
This plate is in perfect condition - no chips, cracks, or restorations. It has never been
displayed or used.
The back of the plate is printed in 24K gold and contains identifying information and
a detailed description of the history and traditions surrounding Christmas trees for the country that is the subject of
the plate.
The original presentation box is provided with each plate. This box is in excellent condition, with just a corner bump on the
bottom left corner.
